Radio reporting and podcasting

Marina will explain the production process of radio reporting and podcasting and illustrate the difference between the two media.
Attendees will then listen to various radio reports to compare the different language and storytelling techniques, and learn the main guidelines on radio editing.

Marina Lalovic

Marina Lalovic is a Serbian journalist based in Rome. She has been living in Italy since 2000, where she graduated from the University “La Sapienza” in Journalism and Publishing. She is currently working at Rai (Radiotelevisione Italiana), Radio Rai 3, where she is one of the hosts of Radio3Mondo, a radio show focused on a news from around the world, international press review, stories, interviews and on-the-spot reporting including highlights.

She worked as a correspondent for a Serbian daily “Politika” as well as for the Serbian radiotelevision B92. She also cooperated with Associated Press Television News bureau in Rome and was one of the reporters of BABEL TV (SKY), a first Italian TV station completely dedicated to an immigration issue in Italy.
