Open Science and the Law
(A Legal Approach to Open Science)


Giulia Dore (Ph.D. Comparative and European Legal Studies, Doctor Europeaus, 2014) is Research Fellow at the University of Trento, Faculty of Law, where she teaches Copyright law and Art.
She has a valuable international experience and most recently she worked at the University of Glasgow, School of Law, CREATe, Scotland, UK.
Her research interests include the interplay of social and legal norms in the framework of intellectual property rights, the impact of digitisation and open access archives in cultural heritage and academia, and more broadly the development of open science policies.
