OVERVIEW

This workshop is designed to provide students with a comprehensive method to manage their content plan and calendar effectively, ensuring that they will not get lost in the chaos of content creation.

Key Learning Objectives:

  • Understanding content strategy: this class will start by clarifying the difference between an editorial calendar and a marketing strategy. Students will learn the importance of having a clear content strategy that aligns with their overall business goals.
  • Organizing different types of content: throughout the workshop, students will explore the various types of content, such as articles, videos, infographics, and more. They will gain insights into how to strategically use these content formats to engage their target audience effectively.
  • Building the content calendar: during the workshop, students will learn how to develop a practical content calendar that takes into account their marketing strategy, target audience, and content types.
  • Planning content workflow: from ideation to publication, students will be guided through the process of planning their content workflow.
  • Choosing the right content format: one size doesn’t fit all in content marketing. We will discuss the strengths and purposes of various content formats, including video, text, and images.
  • Leveraging evergreen content: evergreen content provides long-term value and can be reused over time. Students will learn how to identify evergreen content opportunities and incorporate them into their content marketing strategy.
  • Practical checklists, templates and tools: to support students in their content marketing efforts, Patrizia will share practical checklists and templates that can streamline their processes. Additionally, she will assist them in selecting the best editorial calendar tool that aligns with their team’s needs and preferences.
