Through this workshop, students will become proficient in essential aspects of podcast production. Students will learn how to:
- Recognise different formats and identify what works and what doesn’t for specific types of content
- Pitch a podcast idea
- Write, narrate, and interview for podcasts
- Prepare a script
- Record and cut
INSTRUCTOR
Silvia Lazzaris
Silvia is a freelance writer, editor, and producer. Her work has been published in national and international media outlets, including Corriere Innovazione, the BBC World Service, Wired UK, Domani, and Will Media. She has co-produced the second season of the history of science podcast Surprisingly Brilliant, and is editor of FoodUnfolded, an online platform and printed magazine funded by the European Union.
